By using Roseo, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully. We offer a wide range of products, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use roseo.co.in, you also will be subject to the guidelines and Care Guide set out by Roseo.

Roseo is registered under the Government of India.

We assure you payment confirmations and accept them exclusively in Indian Rupee (INR).

Shipping Policy
We have partnered with reliable courier services to ensure smooth delivery of your orders.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days. However, delays may occur in exceptional situations (such as unforeseen disruptions or high-demand periods).

Serviceable Areas: We deliver to approximately 20,000+ pincodes across India. Orders for non-serviceable pincodes will not be processed. Customers may choose an alternate address (friends/relatives) where delivery is available.

Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that all shipping and contact details are entered correctly. Orders placed with incorrect information cannot be modified from our end.

Failed Delivery: In case of failed delivery due to customer-related issues, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges and taxes.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges
Within Maharashtra: ₹40

Outside Maharashtra (within India): ₹70

Note: Shipping charges are fixed per order, irrespective of the quantity.

Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email within 2–3 business days of order placement.

Return & Refund Policy
At Roseo, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on orders once they are placed. All confirmed orders will be shipped to the registered address, and if the delivery is not accepted, no refund will be initiated.

Technical Issues: In case of any issues originating from Roseo or technical problems on our website (such as errors due to high traffic), we will review such cases carefully and take appropriate action.

Damaged/Incorrect Products: If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof. This video must clearly show the package being opened from the start. Without this proof, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or exchange request.

Timeline for Proof: The unboxing video must be shared within 2 days of delivery. Once verified, refunds for damaged or missing items will be processed within 1 business day.

Non-Acceptance: Orders that are returned due to non-acceptance or any other reason from the customer’s end will not be re-delivered, and no refund will be issued. However, if the issue arises solely from the courier partner’s end, we will process a refund excluding applicable taxes charged at the time of purchase.

Payment Policy
We accept payments through secure payment gateways.

Convenience fees may be charged by our payment gateway partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

In case of payment failure, duplicate charges, or technical issues, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method after verification.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours or once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds for cancelled orders will include only the product amount. Payment gateway/convenience charges are non-refundable.

Care Guide
To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry:

Avoid wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, or during workouts.

Do not expose jewelry to perfumes, lotions, or makeup.

Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.

Store in an airtight container when not in use.

Note: All of our products are not waterproof. Proper care is essential to maintain their finish and color. 'Anti Tarnish' is clearly mentioned on anti-tarnished products.

Disclaimer
We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and photography conditions. Such differences will not be considered as defects, and no refunds or claims will be entertained on this basis.

Reseller Information
We currently do not have a separate reseller program. Interested resellers can purchase products directly from our website at standard pricing.

GST & Legal Information
Roseo is registered under the Government of India.

All applicable taxes are included in product pricing as per government regulations.

A tax invoice will be shared via email upon order confirmation.
