Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver across most serviceable pincodes in India. Orders placed for non-serviceable locations may be cancelled and refunded.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details while placing orders. Orders cannot be modified once processed.

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, applicable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be shared via email within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

International Shipping

Currently, ROSEO does not offer international shipping.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At ROSEO, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

Orders that are shipped and subsequently refused, rejected, or not accepted by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
• Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
• Clearly display the issue being reported.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

The unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon successful verification, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 1 business day.

Courier-Related Issues

If an issue arises solely due to the courier partner's fault and the package is returned to us, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable charges and taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will include only the product value. Payment gateway fees, convenience charges, and applicable transaction costs are non-refundable.

To preserve the appearance and longevity of your jewelry:

• Avoid wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Keep away from perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and chemicals.
• Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.
• Store jewelry in an airtight pouch or container when not in use.

For products that are anti-tarnish, this feature will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Proper care is essential to maintain shine, finish, and plating quality.

Product Disclaimer

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and manufacturing batches.

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or compensation.
